That list doesn't have drawings, it has reference models (patents used to require a working model of the invention illustrating the principles of its construction). Frankly, I think the gear-cutting machine probably gets more geek-cred.
Anyone can get drawings of patents, should they too want to put up geeky pictures :) Just go to the USPTO and find the patent you want. You have to download a special TIFF viewer, but then, there they are. (I'm a patent librarian as part of my day job.) www.uspto.gov
